1. Description of service and account membership

Rooms & Youprovides a curated interior design and shoppable catalogue platform. While basic visual browsing of room concepts is available to all visitors, access to specific product lists, furniture specifications, pricing, alternative selections, and interactive quiz results (collectively, “Premium Content”) requires the creation of a free user account.

By registering an account, you enter into a binding agreement with Rooms & You to receive access to this Premium Content in exchange for your compliance with these Terms. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

2. Affiliate monetisation and commercial links

Rooms & You is a curation platform and does not sell, stock, or ship any physical furniture products directly. The Premium Content contains specialised outbound links that utilise established third-party affiliate tracking networks.

By creating an account to access our Premium Content, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions with these links may track redirections and generate a commercial commission for Rooms & You from partner retailers. This commercial model constitutes the essential financial consideration that allows us to provide our curation services without charging a monetary subscription fee. 3. Independent third-party retailers

All purchases made through links found on Rooms & You are executed exclusively on external, third-party retailer websites. Rooms & You has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the availability, pricing variations, shipping conditions, product defects, or customer service of third-party vendors. Any disputes regarding purchased items must be resolved directly with the retailer where the transaction occurred.

Prices and availability are set by retailers and may change without notice. Always verify the final price and availability on the retailer's website before purchasing.

4. Intellectual property and use restrictions

The unique selection, arrangement, combination, and digital presentation of furniture pieces within our room layouts, quiz methodologies, and design concepts are the exclusive intellectual property of Rooms & You unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission.

Registered accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts, scrapers, or manual extraction methods to harvest product data, links, or layouts from the platform for commercial redistribution or to build competing services.

5. Design studio service

Our studio design service is offered as a separate engagement. Terms specific to individual design projects are agreed upon separately in writing before any work begins. Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract or obligation on either side.

6. Limitation of liability

Rooms & Youacts solely as a curator and referral platform. We are not responsible for the products, pricing, delivery, or customer service provided by third-party retailers. Use of any linked retailer's website is subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
